  • Each product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch through our courier partners.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Once a product is opened, it cannot be resold which ensures all customers receive
items that are unused and in brand-new condition.

Replacement Only in Case of Defect or Incorrect Product

We offer a replacement only if:

  • You’ve received an incorrect product (different from what you ordered)

To request a replacement:

  2. Share your order number along with clear images of:

  • The full product
  • Outer packaging (if available)

Our team will review your request and confirm if it
qualifies for a replacement. If approved, we will process your replacement
based on product availability and your shipping location.
